Fantastic experience celebrating our anniversary at the Marriott. The newly renovated room on the 42nd floor was stylish and clean, offering stunning views of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days. Paula at check-in was welcoming and quickly addressed any questions we had. The hotel location made it perfect for exploring downtown attractions. The gym is impressive with excellent facilities, which made staying fit enjoyable. However, we did face a few issues at the second-floor restaurant. Dinner service was slow, and breakfast took far too long, although the food itself was delicious. The room cleanliness could have been better. we noticed some mold in the shower and dust on the tables, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, a lack of a microwave in the room was a slight inconvenience considering the nightly rate. Overall, a beautiful hotel, but a few areas need a little more attention for perfecting the stay.
